Budgie Found
While out walking in Finnieston on Friday we noticed this peach of a sign put up by the local fish and chip shop.
Hopefully the poor bird manages to get back with its owner - or who knows what its fate may be. Our guess would involved being served up with a portion of fritters!

It's the end of the world... maybe!
I got pulled up the other week for talking about the weather. Apparently I've been commenting a lot on it recently and became worried that this was an inevitable side effect of turning 30 this year. Worse hangovers, complaining more and talking about the weather! But with the horrible rain this morning I just wanted to stay in bed and the strong winds keep battering the branches of the huge tree at the back of the building off of our roof - it sounds like the roof is caving in!! Now I know Scotland isn't the most reliable place in the world for weather but surely this is just weird. Gales, earthquakes, more ash clouds, tornadoes... I think we may have finally broken the planet, either that or The Rapture is happening later than predicted. Ok, weather chat over. An extremely boring blog post, but couldn't help it after staring out of the window all day!
